macam mentadak kot~~

hurrmmmm..
minum air lagi..
sedap ooOOoo air mineral..
baek tok kesihatan..

ok2..
kongsi sikit ekk..
waktu paling baek minum air..
badan akan guna kan semaksima yg mungkin..
2 gelas setiap kali bangun pagi.. aktifkan balik organ dalam badan~..
1 gelas sebelum makan.. bantu penghadaman~..
1 gelas before mandi.. rendah kan tekanan darah~..
1 gelas before tidur.. elakkan strok or heart attack~~
so...
minum air bnyk2 ek time mcm di atas~~

p/s: rindu dam bila minum teh tarik~~
